Allison Dick is the founder and CEO of Art AlliWay, award winning commissioned pointillist painter, art educator and documentary photographer. She studied at an elite Art Education Program at The Ohio State University for four years and also obtained a Bachelor's in Business Management from Walsh University. Alli also taught Art Education to elementary students and has had multiple art exhibits.
Recently she has developed an exclusive dropper pointillism technique. Each drop of paint has molecular like cells when dropped with a pipette. Alli uses a french paint called pebeo prisme. Painting with a dropper is a unique and tedious painting technique that can take over 50-100 hours to complete. Some of the small prototypes can take up to 20 hours to finish.
We as beings are composed of molecular energy that transcend space and time. She likes to capture that in her paintings. As circular forms become frozen through studious and repetitive practice, the viewer is left with an insight into molecular energy through fantastic colors and shapes!
A main theme of her work is good “triumphing over evil. ”Her passion for spreading love and peace is evident in her pointillism paintings. As an artist she feel it's her responsibility to create powerful images in silent protest against the terrible atrocities occurring around the world today. She calls on all artists to do the same. Alli is currently accepting commissioned pointillism paintings.
